Our senior classes focus on strength building and age related issues that can be repaired, corrected or adjusted. The main focus would be the nutritional plan followed by creating a individualized exercise plan that promotes positive results for your needs. Age is only a number!
Children and Teens
Our youth program is unique. We focus on healthy eating, balance activity and life style changes.
Athletes have a special designed program that focuses on the areas that need improvement. We also include a nutritional program that will enhance their efforts to gain more weight and speed the correct way.
Our program for ladies looking to lose weight, tone specific areas or gain confidence in self again is unique to each client. We set realistic goals and focus on one at a time.
His and Her Program
Our his and her program is designed to develop and system that will accommodate the couples style and current health needs. Having both a nutritional plan and a routine workout plan allowing both individuals to see the progress and encourage each other.
Our bridal program is a unique class that allows bridal parties to customize a desired goals and create a plan that will help them reach their goals by a certain date.
